What is n8n and why n8n?
It is an open automation tool. It runs on your server or in n8n’s cloud and, unlike Zapier or Make, does not charge per action. For a business with many leads that is several times cheaper.
What does it cost to run?
Your own server costs a few dollars a month, n8n Cloud from about €20 a month. AI models usually cost a small business a few dollars a month. We will suggest the cheapest option for your volume.
We have no CRM. Is that a problem?
No. We can start with Google Sheets or suggest a simple CRM.
What if something breaks?
The workflow reports errors to Telegram itself. For the first 30 days we fix them for free, after that at $30/hour.
Is it safe to give customer data to AI?
We use APIs where data is not used to train models, and pass on only what the task needs.
Can we start small?
Yes. One workflow for $200 is the best way to see how we work.
